Large dog? Pregnant pet?
We can make them a priority!
Large dogs make up a substantial majority of the animals that end up in shelters and stay the longest. Pregnant cats and dogs are imminent for giving birth to unwanted litters. We consider these two categories of pets a priority to make sure they are spayed or neutered.
If you have a dog that weighs 80 pounds or more, or you think your pet might be pregnant, we may be able to help get them fixed sooner than later at no cost to you! SNCKC’s member organizations can often accommodate free spay/neuter appointments for priority animals with relatively short notice.
